How do I find an event?
From the Apple Education Seminars & Events home page, click on the "Search Events" link and search by city or product.
How do I establish an account?
From the home page, click the "New User" link to set up a new account. If you already have an account, enter your email and password information.
What if I forgot my password?
Click on the "Forgot your password" link on the home page or on the log in page. Enter your email address and Apple will mail you a new password, which you will use to login to the site. After you have logged in you can then change your password.
How do I register for an event?
You can register for any event by clicking the "Register" button found on any event page. If you haven't created one already, you will be asked to create a new account.
How can I find online events?
Online events are listed on the home page in the "Online Events " section. You can tell it is an online event if it has a computer mouse icon next to it.
What are the requirements for viewing an online event?
After clicking to view details of an online event, you will see a "Video Setup" link. Please review the instructions on how to set up your computer to view online events.
How do I cancel an event for which I've registered?
Log into your account from any page on the site and click the "View or Edit Profile" link. Find the event you want to cancel and click on "Cancel my Registration".
Can I register for an event for another person?
Yes, you can register for any event for another person. That person will receive emails with updates on his or her registered event.
How do I find events that are not education related?
For all non-education related seminars and events please visit http://seminars.apple.com.
