Description: This is the first in the series of Final Cut Pro tuitional podcasts i decided to prepare for my students, to further help them with their studies. If all 6 episodes are not available on the student gallery just search for them in iTunes.

Methods: After trying many screen capture apps i finally found iShowU which is the bomb. Really easy to use and remember, for best results and fastest saving times use the H.264 codec at 100% quality and they re-render in FCP.
